Starting on the 29th March, 2008 Phoenix Physique will be running physical activity training sessions in Capain Bourke Park, Kangaroo Point. Sessions will combine aerobic and resistance type activities and will be suitable for all individuals regardless of fitness levels. These sessions will provide great opportunity to socially network with other individuals who have had the surgery whilst also allowing you to have any questions with regards to physical activity answered.

Cost of these sessions is $15.00
